Description
Dating back to the 14th century, the Castle boasts also a Museum of flight. From here, on August 9, 1918, the italian poet Gabriele d’Annunzio left for the flight over Vienna where he made his famous feats: the launch over the Austro-Hungarian capital of thousands of leaflets praising the surrender. In the rooms of the poet everything has remained as then so that today you can live those moments and retrace the history of human flight in a unique museum in Europe. The historic garden of the Castle is a charming place to be experienced and visited, strolling through the roses and its labyrinths. The enchanting landscape makes the Castle the ideal location for unforgettable weddings as well as conferences, meetings, team building and theme parties. The meeting rooms and conference rooms can all be equipped with modern audio/video systems and, boasting a capacity ranging from 20 to 200 people, are a valid location for large conferences and small business meetings.
The Castle also offers rooms rich in history, wide and green gardens that are articulated in intricate labyrinths, and personalized services.***
